Terms of Service and Sale

KerjaKit is operated by IIDEV STUDIO, a Malaysian sole proprietorship registered as 202603215168 (CA0426006-D), at No. 34, Jalan Beringin 10, Taman Rinting, 81750 Masai, Johor, Malaysia. By creating an account, signing in or using KerjaKit, you confirm that you meet the age requirements below and agree to these terms. The Privacy Notice separately explains our handling of personal data. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16. If you are 16 or 17, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use KerjaKit, and that person must authorize any paid purchase. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service under applicable law.

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and tell us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care. KerjaKit provides job discovery, evidence-based fit analysis, document assistance, interview preparation, application tools and related features; availability can vary by account, source and release stage.

You retain ownership of content you submit and remain responsible for having the right to use it. You give IIDEV STUDIO a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, format, transmit and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support and improve the features you request, comply with law and enforce these terms. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful retention, backups and de-identified information.

A preferred name is for the KerjaKit experience and is not résumé evidence or your legal identity. You must review generated material before relying on, publishing or sending it.

KerjaKit uses automated and AI-assisted systems. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable. They are assistance, not legal, financial, immigration or professional recruitment advice. You are responsible for checking facts, dates, qualifications, claims, recipients and the final submission.

KerjaKit does not guarantee employment, interviews, employer decisions, job availability, source accuracy, salary, hiring outcomes or that an application will pass any screening system. Job listings may change or disappear, and employers and job sources are independent of us.

Do not use KerjaKit unlawfully, deceptively or in a way that harms people, systems or the service.

• Do not fabricate qualifications, identity, employment evidence or authorization, impersonate another person, or submit content you do not have a right to use.
• Do not abuse free allowances, share or sell accounts, evade limits, probe security, introduce malware, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use outputs for discrimination, harassment, fraud, spam or unlawful automated decisions. Do not upload unnecessary highly sensitive data.

KerjaKit relies on and may link to third-party services including Supabase, Google, AI providers, public job sources, email, payment, analytics and optional messaging integrations. Their availability and their own terms or privacy practices are outside our control. Connecting Gmail, Telegram, WhatsApp or another optional service is your choice; you can disconnect it, and an action is sent only when you initiate or approve it in the product.

Power Actions cost RM2.50 each and are purchased as whole units. Purchased Power Actions remain in your balance and do not expire under the current product rules. KerjaKit Pro costs RM25, lasts for 30 days from activation, includes 10 Power Actions and does not renew automatically.

Before confirmation, checkout displays the complete amount payable and the supported FPX or e-wallet methods. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit. Any applicable charge included in the displayed total is shown before you pay; no recurring charge is created by these purchases.

Payments are processed by CHIP using the method you select. Power Actions or Pro access are supplied after CHIP confirms successful payment, normally by updating the account promptly after confirmation. A pending or failed payment supplies no units or access and adds nothing to the account. Keep your receipt and contact us if a confirmed payment is not delivered.

You may request a manual refund within seven days of purchase only when the entire purchase is unused. Pro is no longer unused after you use any paid Pro feature or any Power Action included with that Pro purchase. A Power Action purchase is no longer unused after any action from that purchase is consumed. Send the request from your registered email to team.iidevstudio@gmail.com with the transaction details.

Duplicate, unauthorized or undelivered transactions are investigated independently of the unused-purchase rule. If a paid action fails without delivering its purchased outcome, we recredit it; where a recredit cannot provide the purchased service, we refund it. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory Malaysian consumer rights. Eligible refunds are returned through an available original or agreed method after verification.

We aim to keep KerjaKit available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events or feature changes may interrupt access. We may limit or suspend an account reasonably needed to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law or address non-payment, and will use proportionate steps where practicable.

IIDEV STUDIO and its licensors retain rights in the KerjaKit software, design, brand, documentation, models, workflows and original service content. These terms give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, not ownership of it. You may use your generated documents for your own lawful purposes after reviewing them, subject to rights in any third-party material.

You may stop using KerjaKit or request account deletion at any time. Email team.iidevstudio@gmail.com from your registered account email. We verify and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to required financial and legal records. Request any eligible refund before deletion. We may terminate serious or repeated breaches, unlawful use, security threats or a service shutdown, while respecting mandatory rights and any remedy legally due.

Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee, remedy or liability that Malaysian law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KerjaKit is supplied on an “as available” basis and IIDEV STUDIO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost opportunity, employer decisions, third-party content or a user's unreviewed reliance on AI output. Any permitted aggregate liability relating to a paid purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it, including fraud or wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. First contact us at team.iidevstudio@gmail.com with the account email, relevant transaction or issue, and the outcome you seek so we can try to resolve it promptly. You retain the right to use any court, tribunal, regulator or consumer process available under Malaysian law.

We may update these terms for product, commercial or legal changes. The current version and effective date appear above. We will give existing users a prominent notice of material changes.
